Delivery is usually within 2 business days after confirmation. Delivery fees are 20 ILS to the West Bank, 30 ILS to Jerusalem and 70 ILS to selected areas inside Israel / “48 areas”. Eligible exchanges may be requested within 7 days. Exchange delivery costs are paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or confirmed defective.
